£4,000 donation received in memory of Chris Petty...

The JDF would like to thank Mrs Marjorie Petty for her generous donation in loving memory of her son, Chris.

Chris raced on the island for many years. He made his Mountain Course debut in the Newcomers race at the 1986 Manx Grand Prix, before progressing to the TT in 1987. His final TT appearance was in 2017, and he continued racing at other events until his untimely passing in 2022.

The donation will greatly assist the Foundation with new equipment and planned improvements to the accessible apartments at Braddan Bridge House.
